To protect yourself from any unforeseen expenses related to delays, cancellations or interruptions of your stay, we recommend you consider travel cancellation insurance. If you wish, we can take care of the underwriting during the booking phase, so you have a simple and worry-free solution.
Your reservation comes to life with the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of your stay.
We will be waiting for you with the room ready to welcome you from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. We kindly ask that you leave it by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure so that we can prepare it for new guests.
Pampering for your four-legged friends: we gladly welcome small friends (up to 10 kg) upon request, at a cost of € 25 per day.
In the half-board service we include accommodation, a rich breakfast, a small snack and a delicious dinner. Beverages, any extra services and tourist tax are not included. Meals and services booked but not enjoyed will still be counted, as well as nights not enjoyed.
At the end of your stay, you can make payment easily. We accept cash (within legal limits), checks, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro) and ATMs. We remind you that we only accept actual credits and not bank accounts.
